"I felt like this was a good deal..."
I felt like this was a good deal for what you get. It didn’t feel overpriced, and I’d feel comfortable recommending it to someone looking for something reasonably priced

"Pretty rough packaging, honestly"
The plants themselves were mostly fine, I guess, but that flimsy little box they came in was a mess. Soil was spilled everywhere, and one of the pots was cracked. For the price, I expected way better packing than this whole cardboard disaster. Not sure I’d order again

"Pretty much what I expected"
It looked close to the pictures and was literally what I ordered for the most part. The only thing is the color was a little off in person.

Shipping was faster than I expected, and everything arrived right on time. The tracking worked without any issues, and there weren’t any annoying delays. It wasn’t anything fancy, but it was smooth and reliable, which makes it a good value in my book.

"Plant showed up looking a little sad"
The plant arrived with the leaves droopy, which was a bit disappointing. I’m hoping it perks up after some water and sunlight, but yeah, not exactly the happiest-looking plant out of the box

"Support took a while to get back to me"
I ordered from Fucculent and had a question about my delivery, and I kind of assumed it would be a quick answer. Support did eventually reply, but it took a few days and I had to follow up first. I immediately figured something had gone wrong with the order, which maybe wasn’t fair, but the wait was frustrating. Not the worst experience, just slower than I expected.
